Please be advised that in the event of parcel destruction, loss, or return due to client-related circumstances (including but not limited to delayed customs clearance cooperation, incomplete contact information, recipient absence, or incorrect addresses) where product recovery becomes unfeasible, refunds will not be issued.
Refund Policy
Return & Exchange:
Timeframe: Please request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Shipping: If the return is due to a customer's change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Refund:
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the returned item.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation:
Before Shipment: If the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Orders can't be cancelled once the parcel is shipped out.
